Publisher's summary

Bubba’s back from Fairyland, and sometimes it feels like they shoulda just stayed there!

Man, coming back to the real world sucks. Bubba and his whole team have been fired on account of going MIA for a year and a half (yeah, time moves differently in Fairyland - yay), and now they’ve got to…get jobs? Oh, this is going to go well.

Blood, Sweat, & Tears tracks Bubba, Skeeter, Uncle Father Joe, and Amy as they reenter society, get new jobs, almost burn down down the bar stupid enough to hire Bubba, end up owning a shifter CrossFit gym, travel to Florida to learn way more about Uncle Father Joe’s new girlfriend than they ever thought they wanted to know, and then - end up dealing with Quincy F’n Harker?!?

Yeah, that’s right. The Quincy Harker/Bubba crossover that you’ve all been waiting for happens right here, and the results are explosive, to say the least. No really, I’m not exaggerating. A lot of shit blows up. Because, well, Bubba.

Blood, Sweat, & Tears contains the following novellas:

  • Born to Be Wild
  • Swamp Music
  • Houses of the Holy
  • Blaze of Glory

Bubba is always a fun, fast listen.

Bubba short stories that made a fun listen. Redneck and monster hunter humor hits the spot.

Doesn't disappoint.

Characyer development gets stronger as series goes on. Crossover with the author's Quincy Harker series is intriguing.

Why do you hurt me like this?

Dear John, we’ve known each other for a few years now and I feel like I should know better by now. But for the love of fudge, can you just write faster? You always leave me and the dozens of other fans with these gut wrenching cliff hangers. I know I know you tripped over your own feet and broke every bone in your fragile body, but look how many books Stephen Hawking churned out without using fingers.

Kidding. Kind of.

Keep up the amazing work. But seriously I need more Bubba.

Great series

Bubba is back to killin' what needs to die. John G. Hartness is a great writer and John Solo is Bubba! If ever a voice was a character, this is it. Great book!

HORRIBLY HEARTBREAKING

I used a BIG box of tissues when I listened to this book. While there were several hilarious sections and I did laugh out loud; this selection and especially the last book was overwhelmingly sad and I am left with a heavy heart.

Great stuff

These stories come together greatly, and you get to see some familiar faces if you read the other books from the author.
