A true story told through the voice of New York Times best-selling author E. K. Blair. An intoxicatingly risqué stand-alone book.
She's an author.
She's a mother.
She's a wife.
She's a fraud, a woman marked and bound by her own deceit.
Experience the astounding tale of how Anonymous battled through a year of scandals and betrayals, how her world fell from its axis with a single choice, and how she lost herself between reality and fantasy.
This is a stand-alone true story tangled in lust, heartbreak, and contrition.

I just have to roll my eyes and say 'really' when someone writes in a review that a fiction book was not realistic...come on now 'really'
All I can say is just buy the book. You won't be sorry.
e.k. blair did a fantastic job in writing the true story of Anonymous.
Elena Wolfe gave an all consuming performance. I really like her male voice.
What an emotional roller coaster!
Resonated with the main characters brutal honesty. Her emotional turmoil was describing someone who is addicted to drugs/alcohol. Little disappointed in the ending. Felt saddened for her as her life would never be the same. Hope she has found some peace in her life. Can happen to the best of us.
As much as I like the author, this time this book hit home for me. For the character her ordeal lasted a year, mine has been going on for about 7 years. I loved it, I felt for Victoria's pain and I've cried for me.
Who ever this story is based on thank you for being brave and I hope you found your happiness. I know I haven't, but I'm still hopping
I absolutely loved this audiobook. I could totally relate to Anonymous and felt Elena Wolfe should receive an award for her performance and portrayal of Anonymous!
Books, to read or listen I enjoy both curled up with one of my favorite book boyfriends has my full attention between the pages in his world
"Thank You Author Anonymous for opening up your chest and exposing your heart and soul to all who will listen..."
First, a sincere Thank You goes out to Author Anonymous for bearing her heart and soul, exposing all her heartache, darkness, pain, love lost, regret, and her raw sewage. She did it freely knowing she'd be judged harshly, so Author Anonymous you are a STRONG, BRAVE, and COURAGEOUS woman, who deserves NOT TO BE JUDGED, or RIDICULED, but AWARDED and THANKED, and SINCERELY APPRECIATED for ALL THAT YOU HAD SACRIFICED FOR YOUR STORY TO COME OUT AND TO HELP MANY WOMEN IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS AS YOURSELF, SO AGAIN, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR YOUR STORY!!!
E.K Blair, your a talented author, but this book, is your ACADEMY AWARD, EMMY, GRAMMY, TONY, YOUR MASTERPIECE, YOUR PULITZER, YOUR BEST WRITTEN WORK EVER, YOUR PERFECTION!!!
I have read Author Anonymous, but listening to the story and read by the ever amazing Elena Wolfe makes it that much more REAL and POWERFUL!!!! Don't miss the opportunity to listen to Elena Wolfe, read Author E.k Blair's amazing book written in her own words, the true story of one author's emotional journey in AUTHOR ANONYMOUS!!!!
I really was hesitant on this book and didn't realize it would take such a devastating turn. I truly hope this woman finds herself and gets help.
Too busy to read as much as I'd like, Audible is the perfect solution. I'm a romance reader mostly, but can stray into any story.
It took a long time to recover from reading this book and I just went and slaughtered myself all over again by listening to the audio.
This book is all consuming, you won't walk away from it unmoved. It's not possible. I often refer to it as "the best book I've ever hated". EK Blair tells the story of Anonymous in a way that will ruin your soul and I don't know how to get it back.
Of course Elena Wolfe is magic. The absolute perfect voice for the book. Her ability to get her voice deep and sultry then turn around and get it emotional and high... I don't know how she does it but it did nothing but enhance this experience.
Worth a credit? How much is your soul worth?
