Bedtime just got a makeover!

This is the most calming book I have ever listened to. I will be using this nightly as the spiraling mind takes over and attempts to prevent me from falling asleep. Bravo to Destiny Johnson for a masterful piece!

Relaxing and calming

I enjoyed this book and presentation. I listened while sick and recovering. It helped in calming me and helping me relax. The voice reading had a calming tone and helped me want to keep listening to the stories shared.

Very Interesting and Insightful!

The author is very knowledgeable in guided meditations. The narration and background music are perfect, soothing, and very calming to help you with insomnia and restlessness. This book is filled with many details that make this very difficult topic very simple and easy to follow, with key takeaways. This BOOK is a treasure trove of information and very educational. I will keep this book in my library and go back to it for future reference. I recommend this book and give it a 5 star.

Very calming stories to help sleep

This is a very simple and calming aid to help fall asleep. The stories assist with my personal meditation to calm me and this I am able fall asleep faster. I liked that fact that there were different stories which help differently in situations of added stress or physical fatigue. I truly like the counting blessings chapter.

Really enjoying these relaxing stories!

I wish I knew about these sooner as this has now become part of my daily bedtime routine. The guided meditations and stories are very well written with words that evoke relaxing feeling and incorporate imagery that transports you to amazing destinations. It feels like taking a mini vacation listening to these stories. The narrator has also done a phenomenal job! I can't wait to go through all the stories!

Relaxing Bedtime Routine

I am a big fan of meditation and I love to use it to help me go to sleep, I have a little insomnia falling asleep because my brain does not easily shut off! This audiobook is very soothing and definitely provides both the benefits of meditation and sleep induction. If you enjoy meditations, and you have trouble falling asleep like I do, this book is for you!

Calming Techniques

Unique stories with soothing background music to calm and relax. Meditation sessions, cue words and positive affirmations to help relieve stress. As an avid reader of non-fiction and personal development this book was perfect to listen to at the end of the day. The stories are interesting and engaging that require no mental strain which is just what is needed. MAGICAL SLUMBER!

Wow, what a great idea! Adults need bedtime stories too, perhaps more so than children, given the harsh realities many of us must deal with on a daily basis.
