A well organized and summarized recounting of how we got to where we are today. The author pulls no punches and doesn’t shy away from calling out the a$$h0lery that has become the norm in America. He believes only decent people can save democracy, by voting, en masse, the AHs out of Congress (most importantly) and the White House. What’s scary is that this book is several years out of date, and a lot of what he feared for the future has already happened.
The AI reading is actually very good. It sounds much more realistic than it has in the past, and it worked for this type of book.
