Amarse de forma radical
Muy buen audiolibro, me gustó, lo recomiendo, lo regresaba para oír de nuevo las simples pero profundas enseñanzas. Enfoque práctico y particular, nunca había leído un escrito así, a pesar de que es autobiográfico me parece muy poderoso

Increíble!
Es un placer leerlo y hacer los ejercicios, podemos lograr grandes cambios. Amo este libro y es una herramienta que en cualquier momento que nos sentimos en un momento complicado lo volvemos a escuchar y vuelve el cambio y la manera de manejar cualquier situación.
