Only got a few useful tips
A good primer, but honestly most of this stuff I could've figured out with a few simple Google searches or some YouTube tutorials. Half of one chapter is essentially the narrator reading Airbnb's legal terms. Not worth the credit in my opinion.

Good intro into hosting
This was great for learning the ins and outs of getting a property on AirBNB, but lacked any real substance in my opinion. I appreciate the do's and don'ts for listing, but was really hoping to get more into the financial side of things in regards to purchasing/ financing/ calculating how to select air bnbs to purchase.
