Always on point
In this book, much like Aina's social media platform, she speaks a lot of raw truth. I like that. She's always dropping much needed positivity. My favorite part is the fact that she is the narrator!! Can imagine how refreshing that is!!! I've listened to/read this book 3 times. Whenever I feel like I need to be more in tuned with myself, or need more focus, I read it. I also have every one of the quotes written down.

Excellent read for self reflection
I loved this book. So many of the things experienced have also been my experience so the book was relatable. It encouraged me to think and show up more positively but it wasn’t toxic positivity in the way many self help books are.

No fluff and to the point.
Loved the book and I’m ready to get started. I’ve read many self help books and found myself zoning out and missing what the author was trying to say. This book gave me a lot to think about and put into practice.
