Perfection! Absolute Perfection!
Jeff knew what he wanted, knew WHO he wanted. After all, he had loved Sheila almost since the moment they met all those years ago! When their paths cross again years later, Sheila remembers Jeff, but Sheila also has secrets. Then there are the nefarious ne’er do well’s who aren’t afraid to use Sheila, or her secrets, for their own selfish gain. “Absolution” can be summed up in one word. SPECTACULAR! The story, THIS story, their story, kept me engaged, invested and listening with rapt attention and RAW emotions! The writing is fantastic! It’s all there! The smooth flow, the perfect pacing and that FEEL you get with stunningly, exquisitely, perfect, angst and tension levels! At one point, I was at the edge of my recliner, barely breathing, I sooo badly wanted to up the speed, but I girded my loins and resisted! This is a story to be savored and savor it I did! The characters, ALL the characters are so gloriously authentic, so real feeling, so beautifully defined and developed. I fell instantly in love with a few, throughly detested a few, waffled on a few, changing my mind several times as I got to know them, and then there were a couple that I instantly would have cheerfully done away with! No spoilers, I’m not telling who fit in where, and I’m not going to give away any plot details. This story deserves to be heard in it’s raw, beautiful entirety without any inside information! Just know that my emotions were all over the place because THIS story made me feel! Am I glad I listened? Yes! Will I listen again YES! Did I love everything about this beautifully written and fantastically narrated five star audio? Absolutely YES! It was SPECTACULAR!

I really enjoyed this story
I really enjoyed this story, the flow, the different characters and how them seemed to come full circle in the book.
This author is a favorite of mine, I like the way she writes and she pulls me in and I feel immersed in the story.
I like that it is a shorter book as well.
