Loved This!!
I just happened to find this book by chance, but I'm excited I did!! Once I started listening I was hooked and had a hard time putting my headphones away once I got off work. Definitely a series I HAVE to get through.

A poetic dance in the darkness.
I was filled with sadness when it ended. Cora? Persephone? Hades's heart-wrenching hunt for truth and love while fighting for the Fifth Faction of Hell leaves you squirming in your seat, and yearning for more.

Eh..
I read the reviews before getting this book and they were pretty mixed so I decided to try it. I had to speed it up a lot and was looking at the time left the whole time. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 was the cliffhanger ending. I did love that but not enough to get the second book.

I enjoyed this Hades/Persephone retelling, but at the same time, it wasn't anything new. I get that all of the H&P stories have the same basis, but it would be nice to see a bigger plot twist at some point. This wasn't a bad version, I'm just not sure if I will continue the series. I listened to the audiobook, and it was well done, but would have loved to have had both male and female narration of the characters.

Abducted
I was drawn in to listening to this book after completing the Vampire King series. Hades is a character I looked forward to hearing more about & for the most part wasn’t disappointed. However, the story would have been more enjoyable with a male’s voice for the men’s lines.

attention grabbing
This is book has made it to my top 10 favorite books. I have thought about buying a hard back version just to keep in my collection. The author did a wonderful job and I have read all of her other books based on this one series. It is worth the read I highly recommend this book.
