I can’t believe I listened to the whole

This is entertaining, but Dorky with a capital D. If you like “lifetime” channel stories, then this is for you. I was attracted to the book because of the “art” element to it - which I found consistent with the overall amusing drivel. Despite my criticism, will say the overall the spirit of the story is (albeit convoluted) working for the good. And the fine narration carried me through.

I enjoyed A Place to Land

The charactors interaction was interesting. It was a nice touch to finally be free to move on with their lives!

Good listen for end of summer

Good book, loved the sweet accents, with a great performance. Easy listening while hand stitching.

Between the narrator, and the author I felt like my mind was being massaged, and my curiosity with intrigue.

This is the first book I’ve read by Laura Denton. I just finished it and now I’m looking into another one to read. She has a way with words, poetic descriptions that captured me in moments where I found myself sighing.

I enjoyed this book very much. Interesting, great characters, intriguing story line. A very good narrator.

Gentle summer read

I enjoyed the references to the Eastern Shore. There was enough “mystery” to make me want to see how things would turn out, and I could appreciate the small artsy town.

Too good to be true

This was definitely a story that tied up all the loose ends with a fairytale, Hallmark-style ending. It was a good summer read.

The bonds of sister hood and survivors

The past and present brought together with skill. A look into the passage of time with the ability to still be able to build on the future.

Loved this book.

Took me a bit to get in to it but I was hook. Super read!
