Publisher's summary

Dostoyevsky was never shy to play with the issues of human mind in his work. A Funny Man's Dream is one of his shorter pieces that, nevertheless, lacks none of the profundity or the mind-bending power of his larger works.

thought provoking

Thought this will be something dfferent. Though thought provoking, this is not a book I would normally read and listen. It touches on mental health (some selfishness in the beginning), which is distrubing at first . But somehow the thought/realization that followed seemed to redeemed him. If you have tough stomach for such, or may be encountering such ponderings, this may be a self-help book for you.
