Help and concise

I am looking for a book that parents can use to help their children come out of depression. Young people do not often want to go to professional counselors. When they commit suicide, it is too late for parents who would have wanted to help. And they have planted seeds of depression among family and friends that is almost as infectious as a contagious disease. I am a professional counselor, I recommend this book to parents and to young people who are feeling anxious or depressed. Read it together each night and set a goal to try out what it suggests. This is hope building and hope is the champion of all who fight these horrible feelings of anxiety and depression.
