Great Clear Narration
This is really good quality work. You can tell from the start that the author is passionate and dedicated. He also narrates with a good clear tempo and clear voice. The audiobook starts with good background information about the importance of the exercises coming up and then he goes into recommended routines and finishes with a specific plan day by day. Really high-quality work.

These exercises really improve your balance
My wife and I are 61 years old. It's starting to happen. My older sister has lost her balance several times and broke her wrist last year. I'm going to recommend both the printed book and the audiobook for her. Most of the exercises are easy to do and don't take that much time. It's a good habit to get into. Alot less expensive and time consuming than a broken bone!

This audiobook really works for me.10-Minute Balan
10-Minute Balance Excercises
I like this book - it leads me through a great variety of balance exercises - seated, standing, walking, core, and vestibular. I love the variety and the careful and detailed instructions. It's not boring and keeps me interested in continuing the practices because I have a very clearly defined path to follow, slowly increasing the number and duration of the exercies as I get more experienced.
It's really helpful to have access to the videos on their website so I can follow along and actually see the exercises done correctly - something that is difficult to accomplish in an audiobook.
I am enjoying the book and the exercises and am establishing an exercise routine following the really carefully planned program - which is the whole point!

Amazing resource
This book is amazing. The introduction material is brief enough to get the core concepts across, and then the supplementary materials are a wealth of resources. The companion PDF is in really good quality, unlike many accompanying materials by other authors that may be an afterthought. This one contains clear illustrations to the postures. Often, exercise and body-based materials in an audio book are difficult to follow. The author clearly recognizes that many people are visual, and spent a lot of time on making the illustrations clear. The video resources are even more amazing. High quality production and organized very clearly. I have had back injuries before and recovered because of yoga or yoga-inspired exercises. This book covers many of the ones that have helped me. I highly recommend this great work.

Variety of Useful Exercises
This book provided very practical information on maintaining fitness, especially in the area of balance. Before the exercises are introduced, the Audible book discusses a means to do a self-assessment of one’s balance skills… then, a variety of exercises are introduced. The book also provides videos online to ensure one is doing the exercises properly. I enjoyed this Audiobook.

Great for people with disabilities as well!
I know the book title gears it towards the elderly, but it works wonderfully for people with disabilities. Best of all it doesn't require any equipment you can't find around a normal home. Really glad we picked this up.
