I was really impressed with the amount of strategies and tips in this audio. I was just hoping for a few things I could improve upon but this audio gave me even more than that! The hitting strategies are really outstanding and my favorite part is the mental techniques for improving yourself and your performance. Some really outstanding health information as well! I stopped taking caffeine and the gotu kola and ginkgo biloba are great for improving concentration! Highly recommended!
This was a very informative and easy to listen to audio. It is filled with lots of ideas for being healthier and losing weight. I like the authors practical approach, such as goals and motivation, to the best foods to eat, having accountability partners and my favorite part was the section that guides you through making your own diet plan. Highly recommended!
This audio is a treasure trove of useful information for becoming a better swimmer. The narrator is very good and the information is nicely organized and flows smoothly. I have definitely become a better swimmer. Chapter 1 has some great all around tips for getting better at swimming and then there are chapters devoted solely to improving certain swimming strokes along with great training, nutrition and strategies advice. Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to be better at swimming.
