Story
An Escape Room with a sting in its tail is the setting for the Doctor and Jo's latest encounter with a familiar enemy. Three young graduates and their tutor race against time to crack the codes, open the exit door, and obtain 'A New Life' - at least, that's what the publicity said. As the Doctor observes proceedings, he forms a growing suspicion that something far more sinister lurks on the other side of the door. What's worse, the room appears set to eliminate anyone who doesn't make the grade.

Story
From the streets of Edwardian London to the corridors of a near-infinite library in the distant future, a single book holds the key to the fate of life on Earth. Some believe it predicts our future - and the apocalypse - with unnerving accuracy. Others will stop at nothing to destroy it and will chase it from one side of the universe to the other, from a country house in the Roaring '20s to the casinos of Mars and from 221B Baker Street to the terrifying desert world of Sisyphus IX....

They have many questions to ask of Annie and of her distressed and wounded charges. The Doctor is returning to a scenario he encountered long ago: a version of the First World War where the Archduke Ferdinand wasn’t murdered, leading to changes all along the subsequent time line. Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our own way and into our potential.

For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.
