Treborel Series

An ancient, solitary mountain kingdom of Treborel, which rejected the polluting ways of modern technology for the clean power of solar gems, joins forces with a futuristic country to save a pacifistic nation from a violent invasion. Kendra discovers that the mountains hold a horrifying secret which could lead to the end of the empathic way of life as well as their own. A secret that legends have foretold. Cap hasn't come to see Kendra for over six months. He's a helijet pilot, so a quick jaunt from the capital city to the far side of Treborel wouldn't be that difficult. He knew Kendra couldn't travel. Her teaching position at the Empathic Institute required her to live deep in the mountain wilderness.
