Season two finds Virginia (Washington) grappling with the revelation that her son Joshua may be the key to humanity's future. As she reunites with her husband, a new threat emerges: billionaire Luther Bell (Esposito), the leader of the cult hunting her family. Guided by disturbing visions, Virginia has just one month to decode the Prophecy's meaning and stop Bell's rise to power. With help from her loyal allies—Moses (Hill), Samson (Feliz), and Delilah (Obsidian)—she embarks on a perilous journey through the Deep South, where trust is scarce. As Virginia races against time, she realizes that faith might be the only thing standing between the world and disaster.
