And then there’s the dreaded ATS that scary monster hiding behind every job you apply to online. ATS or Applicant Tracking Systems may seem scary, and we are often told to conquer them or else our application will be sent to the abyss.

Well, perhaps that is just not true. What about instead of beating the ATS you feed it? Join us as we welcome William Steward the Director of Canadian Operations at Equitek Employment Equity Solutions with special thanks to Brenda Davidson from the Edmonton MFRC who made this awesome connection for us.
