  • Welcome fellow detectives. First off, I have a special thanks to my counterpart at the Edmonton MFRC, Brenda. She spearheaded this episode. Brenda, you are a rock star, but I think you already know that.

As you know I often say that I’m not 24 anymore, making offhanded statements like that, but am I being ageist? Against myself? As Brenda and I discussed this, we spoke about reverse ageism and our thoughts on how ages and stages affect employability and job search. The more we chatted the more questions we had, and I knew exactly who to call.

Join us as we welcome Lisa Taylor – President of Challenge Factory. Lisa gives us deeper insight into the terms we use, giving us some excellent suggestions and insight about ageism and what’s happening when we think about age.

So, if you're ready, let’s get started because as always, the clues await!
