Weird Little Guys is a weekly show about the worst people you’ve never heard of, taking you beyond the headlines to get to know the race warriors and aspiring terrorists trying to unravel the fabric of our society. Weaving together the origin stories of modern American white supremacist groups and the crimes that land their members in court, independent journalist Molly Conger exposes the monsters for what they really are - some weird guy. Whether they’re conspiring to build bombs or serving swastika shaped cookies at a dinner party, the weird little guys trying to destroy America are a little less scary with their masks off.

  • Introducing: SAD OLIGARCH Season 2
    Oct 8 2025

Hello, Weird Little Guys Listeners! We want to share a new show you might enjoy, SAD OLIGARCH Season 2!

About the show: Since January 2022, dozens of Russia's wealthiest oligarchs and power brokers have died suddenly. One was poisoned with frog venom. Two killed their whole families. Several fell out of high windows. Most of the deaths are suspicious. Russia says they're coincidental suicides—that the deceased were simply depressed. We don't think so...

Sad Oligarch is an investigative podcast series that looks into the strange deaths of the Russian elite, unravelling a dark tale of Kremlin corruption and Putin's political dictatorship across the world. This is season two—Russian oligarchs are still dying and things have gotten even weirder...

Listen here and subscribe to SAD OLIGARCH Season 2 on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you get your podcasts!

In 1976, the recently paroled assassin went back to prison after being arrested in Charlottesville. He was acquitted on the charge of being naked in a stranger's living room, but he'd violated his parole. He's tried to stay out of the spotlight ever since. Decades later, his son wrote that he was a changed man. His comments after the 2017 Unite the Right rally say otherwise.

Molly doesn't talk at her audience, she takes them on a journey with her & I find her attention to detail admirable. In the best way possible, Molly makes each episode feel like a gossip session or a discussion rather than just any other podcast or lecture. It's like when you're favorite story telling friend sits down & everyone just listens! It's in the tone she sets, the music she uses, the side quests she's willing to take a chance on, the frank commentary, & the amazing tangents that paint a broader picture.

I have two major sticking points that prevent me from carrying on with a podcast: bad narration & arrogant definitive statements. You'll find none of that here. Molly's voice is soothing, it's clear she puts a lot of thought into how she speaks & edits her vocals. What is also clear is that she's willing to reflect on her own biases & provide her audience with only the facts, even if there are juicy tidbits she finds to be of interest.

I've grown quite fond of this podcast & it's incredibly talented host in the last week. I plan to be an avid listener!

Grounded & Delightful!
