  • Dealing with Grief
    Sep 14 2023
I sit down with my mum (Paula) and go through the ins and outs of dealing with grief.  September is a crap month for us in the way of loss, today is actually the 27th anniversary of my mum's mum passing (my grandmother) which has been a good time to reflect on the ups and downs that comes with grieving.  This topic can be confronting and difficult for people to engage in, but it is so necessary in the healing process. Thank you to my mum for allowing this sacred space of being vulnerable and speaking openly about her journey around grief and depression. https://linkfly.to/tbnzmedia
