Tremont Waters' mom, Vanessa Waters

Today CSM welcomes Vanessa Waters, mom of Tremont Waters, on a two way contract with the Maine Red Claws and the Boston Celtics.

Smaller than the average point guard, many doubted his ability which only made him more determined. With much adversity thrown his way, Tremont stayed the course and Vanessa shares with us how they’ve dealt with life head on and come out the other side.

Wendy and Vanessa talk about the challenges and opportunities Tremont has faced including the excitement of draft night, the death of his dad, winning rookie of the year honors in the G League and playing in the bubble with the Celtics.
