I used to listen to tracks to relax on YouTube and I'm happy to have them available on audible. Ive listened to multiple tracks usually before bed or before a nap because I find the authors voice very soothing.

Loved the whole premise of Zen Beach 8D with the sound that encircles you, it feels more natural than just a voice with sound and music. I would like to note for further forays into 8D; the ocean waves do not beak on the shore left to right then right to left with the next wave. This is very distracting. The narrators voice is literally in a tin can or metal phone booth, which does not evoke a picture of this lovely beach. His whispery voice also moves from left to right and right to left creating the image of him standing behind me swaying. Its unnatural, detached from the scene and actually creepy. I did really appreciated the way it winds down so gradually as to not disturb the listener. (Many of whom may be asleep, if they aren't detail oriented or OCD.) Please do try more of the 8D. Keep those of us who really need this Zen in mind.

This was recommended to me by a sleep therapist. I'm so glad I found it, because it has proven to be helpful in getting me to sleep, or back to sleep, on those nights where my mind fights me to shut down. I love his soothing voice,the hint of music/sound is just enough to not distract from the picture he paints.
