    When you meet your own eyes in the mirror, do you search for flaws or practice respect? In this episode I share a one minute mirror routine that helps you replace years of self criticism with daily appreciation. We talk about how body standards and careless comments taught many of us to tear ourselves down, and why forgiving those old patterns is the first step toward building calm self trust.

    You will learn to choose a single feature, speak kindness into it, and repeat until your reflection feels like an ally. At first the practice may feel awkward, yet with steady reps you will notice a shift when you catch a window reflection or see an unplanned photo. Instead of picking yourself apart, you will remind that older voice, no, this is how I view myself. The goal is simple. Leave the mental prison of harsh judgment and celebrate every stage you pass through, one minute at a time.

    I share the story that first hooked me on coaching. New gym members used to shuffle in with their heads down. After a few weeks they stood taller and trusted themselves. Watching that transformation sparked my mission to help you find the same shift, whether you have been chasing fitness for two years or twenty.

    Living with cerebral palsy and navigating the online fitness noise taught me that belief matters more than any plan. Fitness will be part of life for decades, so why not let it become the springboard for bigger dreams. When you take clear action and feel calm ownership, progress flows, and confidence grows far beyond the gym.

    In this episode I wrap up our walk through the YLF Framework by digging into progress updates.
