    Sophie Morris trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School and soon after ­founded the award winning Irish food company Kooky Dough in 2009, growing the business from her kitchen to exporting around the world in 5 years when she then sold the business in July 2014. Sophie now does a lot of consultancy work for food start-ups.
