  • 124. 3 Years, 300 Clients, 1 Lesson: Own Your Life.
    Oct 16 2025

You didn't lose your identity when you got out—you just kept trying to lead in a world where no one asked you to.

In this episode, Juan Perez breaks down what really happens when veterans refuse to let go of the military version of responsibility—and how it becomes the very thing that holds them back.

This one's about control, identity loss, self-abandonment, and what it means to truly rebuild when no one is watching. Juan shares how losing his career twice (once as a Marine, once as an undercover cop) forced him to confront the one thing he never wanted to face: himself.

    You'll also hear:

    • Why you need to stop trying to fix everyone around you

    • How "ownership" beats "leadership" in civilian life

    • The 4 rules Juan lives by to create peace and progress

    • The biggest lies we believe about being a veteran

    • A raw behind-the-scenes update on parenting, coaching, and finding purpose again

This is one of Juan's most personal episodes yet. Part lesson, part update, all truth.

"You're not in charge anymore. But if you do it right, that might be the best thing that ever happened to you."

  • 123. You're Not in the Lonely Chapter Yet
    Oct 10 2025

Most veterans think they're in their lonely chapter, but they're not. They're still surrounded by the same people holding them back. This episode exposes what the real lonely chapter looks like... and why it's the only way to truly level up.

You're not alone. You're just finally on your own.

  • 122. Don't Let Fear Win.
    Sep 11 2025

This isn't about politics. It's about evil.

Charlie Kirk was murdered for speaking his mind. Whether you agreed with him or not doesn't matter. He was a father, a husband, a man who stood up and used his voice. Now his children will grow up without him. And most people will move on in a few days, as if nothing had happened.

This episode is a reminder that freedom of speech is being tested. Good people are being silenced. Fear is being used as a weapon to silence us. But the way we fight back isn't by yelling louder. It's by living better.

By doing more good. By staying human.

Be the light. Hug your kids like it matters. Show up like this life is yours. And do not let fear win.
