I can't believe i am releasing episode 10 of Season 5 on The Power of You Podcast !!

Last week, i spoke @Grief Irelands Retreat and met Ciara in person there. I had heard of Ciara and her story of loss before and i really wanted to share her inspiration in navigating her grief and where her resilience has taken her. Ciara is the author of  ' Miracles appear when loved ones are near' and also Podcast Host to Mind.Less.Ness. 

Ciara's energy is light and uplifting even in the face of sharing such tragedy.  Ciara has done something incredible with her grief and believes their is many magic signs to bring hope to all.

Amanda is a professional Singer-Songwriter, Music Mentor, Motivational Coach & Tedx Speaker from Ireland. She has coached /mentored for over 15 years as well as having a successful music career with 2 albums, UK/Irish & USA tours & worldwide airplay. Amanda also sang for the president of USA in DC Washington.

BUT …. She only committed to her music career in her mid 30’s after a near death experience in a car accident that inspired her to reassess her life and finally follow her dreams. She hoped that by sharing her story and speaking to others she will encourage and empower others to live their lives to the full.
