    Lara shares her journey into art, what inspires her and how she channels that inspiration into her art, as well as discusses the trends within the art scene.

    Sophie has a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience, and an MSc (Pre-registration) in Physiotherapy. She has completed both undergraduate general physiotherapy rotations and senior musculoskeletal rotations in the NHS and now works privately out of a clinic and virtually for her own company called Run Free Rehab.


    Sophie is also a UESCA certified Ultra Marathon coach and has a special interest in the prevention of and recovery from injuries in runners.
