When your body is aligned, your pelvic floor and breath can actually work together the way they were designed to.

    I’ll walk you through a simple, restful floor position using the wall and a few pillows that helps reset your ribcage, diaphragm, and pelvic floor. This isn’t about effort or force—it’s about giving your body the space it needs so you can finally feel pelvic floor engagement. If you’re a tired mama, postpartum singer, or feeling frustrated with vocal fatigue, this gentle practice can bring more ease, support, and confidence back into your voice in just a few minutes a day.
