In April 2018, she unveiled her published book, "Gumbo, Ingredients of Being A Woman," available on various platforms, including Amazon, Kindle, and Barnes and Noble's online bookstores. As a testament to her continuous literary endeavors, Erica is set to release the second installment of her series, "Gumbo 2.0," scheduled to hit Amazon on February 29, 2024.
