We sit down with long-time friend Dan Ampleman at his new Ottawa, Ontario restaurant, The Kwack Pearl. Dan's new restaurant recently opened on Preston Street in Little Italy and is a collection of all things waterfowl, old world pirate decor with a flair that only Dan can bring.

We sat and ate a great meal with Dan and retold old stories from our hunting days together.
