54, The Marrying Maiden, focus line 1: This card signifies that you have given away your power to a person or a group of people who only saw you as a tool to be used up and tossed away. There is pain and anguish when you realize this, but the only way out is through. Ask what you thought you were going to get out of this subordination, and how long you will allow yourself to be in this compromising position. Feel it, and then seek out those who encourage you to grow and mature.

November will be an interesting month, as the Pig is the conflict animal for the annual Snake energy. Plus, Mercury goes Retrograde 11/9-29, making it an extra strong opportunity to revisit past choices and see if a different direction is the right way to go.

Yin Fire inspires quick thinking, attention to detail, devotion to close companions, inspiration, thoughtfulness, and kindness. It can also be unstable, untrusting, fickle, gullible, needy, and delusional. Notice when you are flickering like a candle in the wind and when you are a strong steady flame that allows those around you to relax and focus on the task at hand.

Pig energy can be hyper-focused, optimistic, and honest. They have a way of retaining their childlike enthusiasm and innocence for their entire lives, unless someone takes advantage of them. Then they become guarded and suspicious of everything. Their generous nature belies their natural talent at making (and keeping!) money.

Find your level of self-expression and confidence and use it to inspire others. This "Illumined Presence" allows for creativity to come through in art, dance, poetry, and music.
