E64: 30 Years Ago Today My Life Changed Forever: The Pain and Power of the Pivot

On September 23rd, 1993, my day started out pretty amazing. It was a beautiful sunny day, I ran one of the fastest times in my high school cross-country career and was finally able to do a split in martial arts.

The day may have started out that way, but it ended very differently. A horrific car accident that evening changed just about every plan I had at 17 years old.

But from pain and struggle...comes growth. This episode shares my personal story that leads back to exactly 30 years ago to the day. Life may not have turned out like I had planned it to...but that's because it became better than I could have ever planned.

From Burnout to Breakthrough: The Natural Energy Revolution with Benjamin Bressington

What if your daily energy crash… isn’t normal?

In this eye-opening episode of The Hurricane H Show, we sit down with Benjamin Bressington — founder of Bare Remedy and former Fortune 1000 consultant — who made a radical shift from corporate burnout to pioneering natural wellness solutions through medicinal mushrooms.

After experiencing the effects of stress, fatigue, and reliance on stimulants firsthand, Ben turned to science and ancient practices to uncover a better way. What he found challenged everything — from how we think about energy to how most supplements are made.

We explore the truth about adaptogens, the science behind mushrooms like Cordyceps and Lion’s Mane, and why most products on the market only deliver a fraction of their potential benefits. Ben also breaks down how natural solutions can support focus, resilience, and long-term health — without the crashes, jitters, or dependency.
