About Our Guest: Mizpah Brown-Rich Mizpah Brown-Rich is the CEO and Co-Founder of Joshua’s Gift, Inc., an organization inspired by her son Joshua and dedicated to supporting families affected by autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Since its founding in 2017, Joshua’s Gift has created inclusive spaces for families, provided financial and emotional support, and fostered meaningful community connections. Mizpah’s advocacy extends internationally to her native Bahamas, where she leads initiatives that provide critical resources, sensory-friendly support, and opportunities for rest and restoration for families. Following a life-altering incident involving her son, Mizpah launched CODE JOSHUA—a social justice initiative and safety alert system designed to equip first responders with the awareness and tools needed to safely engage individuals with autism and IDD. Her work is a testament to what happens when love meets leadership—and when one woman decides that no family should walk their journey alone.
