In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I get into something a lot of people feel but don’t always say out loud.

The “I know this is wrong, but…” part of desire.

I’m joined by Lucy Baldwin, who works with shadow work, existential kink, and understanding the deeper patterns behind human behavior. Together, we explore what it really means to face the parts of ourselves we usually avoid, especially when it comes to attraction, shame, and the things we’re told we’re not supposed to want.

We go beyond surface-level takes and get into how unconscious patterns shape desire, how judgment keeps people stuck, and why acknowledging these parts of ourselves can actually lead to more self-awareness and control.

I also feature a Spicy Confessions: Dreamgirl Hotline submission that brings this topic into real life. A listener shares their experience navigating emotional connection with a creator who may be shifting toward using chatters, raising questions around authenticity, emotional labor, and what it means to be a “good fan.”

I break it down from both sides and share my perspective on boundaries, connection, and the reality of burnout in the adult industry.

If you’ve ever questioned your desires, felt conflicted about what you want, or wondered what’s really going on underneath attraction, this episode is for you.

  • I’m 30, I’m Horny, and I’m Figuring Myself Out
    Mar 25 2026

How are you enjoying the episodes? Send a message!

This episode is a little more personal than usual.

I’ve been reflecting on what it actually feels like to be in my 30s. Not just how I look, but how I feel in my body, how I experience desire, and how my relationship with intimacy is changing in real time.

I talk about what it means to feel more aware of myself, more sensitive, more present, and yes, more turned on than I’ve ever been. And how that shift is not just physical, it is mental too.

I also open up about dating and why I am choosing not to settle, even when people expect me to. I share what I’ve learned about wanting connection without forcing permanence, and why I am no longer willing to compromise what I know I don’t want.

This is me being honest about where I am right now. Not having all the answers, but choosing to understand myself instead of judging myself.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re changing and you don’t fully recognize yourself yet, this conversation is for you.

What does intimacy actually mean in a relationship? Is it emotional connection, physical touch, or something deeper?

In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I sit down with licensed marriage and family therapist and certified sex therapist Keri Green, LMFT, to unpack one of the most misunderstood topics in modern relationships.

We talk about why couples often confuse sex with intimacy, why people struggle to talk about desire and fantasies, and how curiosity and communication can completely shift the dynamic between partners.

I also connect this conversation to my Substack series What He’s Thinking, where I share insights based on what men reveal privately about connection, vulnerability, and physical desire.

  • I Cut My Hair and Everyone Had an Opinion About It
    Mar 11 2026

How are you enjoying the episodes? Send a message!

I cut my hair and stepped out into the world with a new look. What I did not expect was how strongly people would react.

In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I share a personal story about cutting my hair and the unexpected reactions that followed. What started as a simple haircut turned into a powerful reflection on confidence, perception, and attention.

After stepping out into the world with my new look, I noticed something surprising. I received a lot of compliments, admiration, and positive attention, but one moment at a coffee shop made me stop and think more deeply about how people respond to a confident woman who is comfortable in her own skin.

In this episode, I break down that experience and connect it to patterns I have observed through my work interacting with men professionally. I talk about attraction, projection, resentment, and the psychology behind attention, especially when confidence challenges someone else's insecurities.

This episode is about walking in your power, refusing to shrink yourself for others, and understanding the deeper dynamics behind how people react to confidence and authenticity.

  • AVN Week Unfiltered: What Really Happens in Vegas
    Mar 4 2026

How are you enjoying the episodes? Send a message!

If you want the psychological breakdown of why thousands of men travel to AVN Week every year, read this first:
    https://thespicyspectrum.substack.com/

Now let’s get into what really happened.

This episode is my full AVN Week Unfiltered recap with returning guest and cam model Alice Funker, and yes, it gets explicit.

We recorded this after our experience in Las Vegas during AVN Week, the adult industry’s biggest convention and awards show. In the first half, we get into what actually happens behind the scenes when creators attend these events to work. Filming content. Collaborating. Meeting fans in person. Shooting spontaneous scenes between parties and red carpets. The raw parts. The chaotic parts. The parts people don’t see online.

Alice helped me film a video that’s already trending on my clip sites, and we talk about how and why that happened. We also get into the reality of shooting explicit content at conventions, how creators move strategically in these spaces, and what it’s like when online fantasy becomes real-life interaction.

    Then the conversation shifts.

In the second half, we zoom out and talk about why events like AVN continue to grow in a digital world. We discuss AI, validation, connection, and why people still line up for real human presence. We even touch on the idea of being “topless therapists” and what it means to celebrate people in moments when they don’t have anyone else to share those wins with.

This episode is immersive, layered, and unapologetically honest.

    It’s wild.
    It’s reflective.
    It’s explicit.
    And it’s revealing.

If you’ve ever wondered what really happens at AVN Week or why it matters, this is the one.

  • Why He Tells Her What He Won’t Tell His Girlfriend
    Feb 25 2026

Read the full Substack article here: https://thespicyspectrum.substack.com

In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I close out my February What He’s Thinking series by answering a question a lot of women don’t always ask. If he won’t tell his girlfriend, why does he tell someone else? Earlier this month, we unpacked The Fantasy He’d Never Admit to His Girlfriend and talked about identity, ego, and the fear of being redefined. In this episode, I go deeper. I explain why it is not always about how extreme the fantasy is, but about risk, image protection, and perceived safety. From my experience in the adult industry, I’ve seen that many men are not as afraid of rejection as they are of redefinition. They worry about how they will be seen if certain truths come out. I break down why long term relationships often carry identity weight, why fantasy spaces can feel like honesty without consequences, and why some women feel safe enough to unlock confession. I talk about permission, what it really means, and why steadiness matters more than shock value. This is not about endorsing secrecy or cheating. It is about understanding psychology. When a man feels permission, he tells the truth. When he feels risk, he protects his image. I also leave men with a direct question: what would your life look like if you were fully honest? This episode is for women who want clarity and for men who want to feel understood.

  • The Woman He Desires but Rarely Admits to Wanting
    Feb 18 2026

How are you enjoying the episodes? Send a message!

In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I explore the gap between public image and private desire.

I work in the adult industry, and I see men behind closed doors in ways most people never do. What I consistently observe is this. The woman a man publicly praises is not always the woman he privately craves.

This episode was inspired by a conversation where someone confidently told me that men of means would never choose a woman like me. What struck me was not the opinion. It was the certainty about a world she has never lived in.

So I break down what I actually see.

    I talk about:

    • Why men often split respect and desire
    • The difference between being chosen and being wanted
    • How reputation, religion, and professional image shape romantic decisions
    • Why sexual confidence is magnetic in private but controversial in public
    • What money changes and what it does not

This conversation is not about attacking men. It is about understanding pressure. Many men feel the need to maintain an image that does not fully reflect who they are or what they want.

And for women, this is about clarity.

You do not need to shrink yourself to be loved. You do not need to perform respectability to be chosen. Alignment matters more than image.

If this resonates, I go deeper in my What He’s Thinking series on Substack where I translate what men reveal privately and what women are rarely told directly.

  • Male Loneliness, Desire, and the Fear of Being Seen
    Feb 11 2026

How are you enjoying the episodes? Send a message!

In this episode of Spicy Spectrum, I explore male loneliness, desire, and why being wanted can feel more intimidating than being alone, especially during Valentine’s week.

This conversation builds on my recent What He’s Thinking Substack essays, where I translate what men share privately into insight that women can actually use. I reflect on how loneliness is not always about lack of desire, but often about fear of being seen, fear of rejection, and fear of not measuring up once someone wants you.

My guest, Louis Brandmeyer, and I talk about modern dating, social awkwardness, and how technology has eroded real-world communication skills for many men. We discuss why so many men want connection but struggle to approach women, express themselves honestly, or tolerate the vulnerability that intimacy requires.

This episode connects cultural conversations, Valentine’s pressure, and the realities of male emotional avoidance with what I see behind closed doors in my work in the adult industry, where honesty, insecurity, and desire surface without filters.

If you want more context, you can read this week’s Substack essay, Why Being Wanted Feels Scarier Than Being Lonely, along with my other What He’s Thinking pieces here:
