  • S7 E8: Sound as Medicine
    Feb 17 2026

In this episode, I break down sound as medicine through the lens of Ayurveda and traditional yoga. We explore how sound directly influences the nervous system, why it has such a strong effect on Vata dosha, and how regulation impacts digestion, immunity, and overall resilience.

You’ll learn what’s actually happening in the body during a sound bath, why healing in Ayurveda begins with regulation, and why more stimulation is not always better.

If you’ve experienced sound therapy — or are curious about it — this episode will help you understand it beyond the mystical language and into real physiological intelligence.

  • S7 E2: The Winter Protocol Your Body Is Asking For
    Jan 6 2026

Winter is not a season to detox or eat lightly!

According to Ayurveda, it is a time of strong digestive fire, deeper nourishment, and intentional daily rhythm.

In this episode, we explore how Ayurveda understands winter—specifically late winter in December and January—and why this season requires more warmth, oil, structure, and substance rather than restriction.

You’ll learn how strong agni behaves in winter, what happens when it isn’t properly fed, and how under-eating can quietly deplete the body’s tissues and immunity.

We dive into winter diet and dinacharya, including the foods and spices that support digestion, the role of routine in protecting agni, and simple practices you can begin immediately to feel more grounded, nourished, and resilient through the colder months.

This episode is a return to seasonal wisdom—practical and meant to be lived.

  • S7 E1: January Is NOT for New Beginnings — Here’s What to Do Instead.
    Dec 30 2025

January is often framed as a time for reinvention, goal-setting, and resolutions. But from a seasonal and Ayurvedic perspective, winter is not a beginning — it’s a closing and conserving phase.

In this episode, I explore why January 1 is not biologically or energetically aligned with change, discipline, or detox, and why so many resolutions feel heavy, forced, or short-lived. We’ll look at how the body actually moves through winter, what Ayurveda teaches about timing, and how to work with this season instead of against it.

I also share what to do instead of making resolutions in January — including how to use this time for integration, rest, reflection, and quiet preparation — so that change can arise naturally when spring arrives.

This episode is an invitation to slow down, honor winter, and rethink what “starting fresh” really means.
