Monica Mwanje is MM Creative Solutions’ Founder and Managing Director. She provides strategic consultancy services for organisations seeking growth and transformation in nuclear and other regulated sectors. She has worked in the nuclear sector since 2003 and is a Chartered Chemical Engineer.

Monica co-founded Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear, a not-for-profit organisation that aims to provide useful and practical information and support around inclusion and diversity, and the co-founder of Grassroots Graduates, an organisation that advertises Internship opportunities, Apprenticeship opportunities, and Graduate positions.
