I reflect on what the year 2020 GAVE to my life. The journey that I have gone through and how I attribute much of the change to the pandemic-lifestyle.

High Maintenance: Demanding a great deal of attention, money, or effort. Take out the "money" part and we all are high maintenance! Living a well balanced life does take A LOT of attention and effort. Self care is so important and can easily be pushed down on the list of importance for the day; it is hard to keep up with self care, it takes a lot of attention and effort. If you can give your life the attention and effort you deserve, your life and your relationships will benefit. If you can put in the work, everyone wins!

The event of postpartum with both of my kids and how I experienced it.

This is a more heavy-on-the-heart episode. As I stated in my first podcast, I intend to use this platform as a personal journal, a therapeutic outlet. I talk about my experience with a student of mine, Valentina, who battled with childhood cancer. This is what I learned from her and what she means to me.
