  • Real Life Real Crime | Monsters Part 6: The Lies Start Unraveling Reboot
    Apr 4 2026

Part 6 of the Monsters series continues the Holy Week re-release, bringing listeners into the next phase of the investigation. Woody details how detectives revisited key evidence, including phone records and prior interviews, to identify inconsistencies that could not be ignored.

A major breakthrough comes when investigators realize that a family member described the victim’s injuries in a way that had never been publicly released. Combined with phone records showing communication with the primary suspect, this raises serious questions about her involvement.

Detectives move in to re-interview her, strategically locking her into statements about her whereabouts, her relationship with the suspect, and what she knew at the time of the murder. As her story begins to shift, it becomes clear that the case is far from over.

This episode is presented in its original raw, unedited audio format as part of the Monsters series re-release. Some references reflect the time of the original recording.

  • Real Life Real Crime | Monsters Part 4: The Arrest Reboot
    Apr 2 2026

Remember this is the original audio that was unedited and raw for Patreon--

Part 4 of the Monsters series continues the Holy Week re-release, focusing on the manhunt and eventual arrest of the primary suspect. Woody explains how investigators tracked the suspect using financial transactions, ATM images, and cell phone activity, all while coordinating with the U.S. Marshals Service.

As the suspect moves across Mississippi and back toward Louisiana, detectives anticipate his next move based on behavioral patterns. When he is finally located in a rural parish, a deputy initiates a felony stop, leading to a tense arrest where the suspect initially refuses commands before surrendering.

With the suspect in custody, Woody and his partner begin the transport back to Livingston Parish. During the drive, they strategically prepare for interrogation, setting the stage for what will come next in the investigation.

  • Real Life Real Crime | Monsters Part 3: Autopsy & A New Suspect Reboot
    Apr 1 2026

Part 3 of the Monsters series continues the Holy Week re-release, bringing listeners deeper into the investigation. Woody details the autopsy process and the critical role it plays in confirming cause of death, documenting injuries, and collecting forensic evidence.

The findings reveal extreme trauma and confirm that the victim suffered both severe physical assault and a fatal gunshot wound. These details further establish the brutality of the crime and the likelihood of a calculated act rather than a random attack.

As detectives continue their investigation, they begin building legal grounds to locate the missing suspect through warrants and evidence collection. However, a separate interaction with a family member introduces new suspicions, shifting attention and adding another layer of complexity to the case.

    Mar 31 2026

Part 2 of the Monsters series continues the Holy Week re-release of this raw and unedited case. Woody describes the step-by-step process of documenting and processing a homicide scene, emphasizing the importance of photographing, collecting, and preserving every piece of evidence.

Inside the home, investigators uncover multiple key details, including blood patterns indicating repeated violence, a partially burned condom wrapper, cocaine on a table, and a gun cabinet that has been emptied. These findings raise immediate questions about motive, suspects, and whether the scene was altered after the attack.

As interviews begin, conflicting statements and emotional reactions from family members add complexity to the case. When a witness reports seeing a key individual in Mississippi shortly after the murder, investigators begin focusing their efforts on tracking his movements and uncovering the truth.

  • Real Life Real Crime | Monsters Part 1: The Beginning Reboot
    Mar 30 2026

This Holy Week, Real Life Real Crime goes old school with the re-release of Monsters, a raw and unedited series that longtime Lifers may remember and newer listeners may be hearing for the first time. Woody explains why this week matters personally to him and why this series is being brought back during one of the slowest weeks in podcasting. This is the original RAW and UNEDITED audio.

In Part 1, Woody takes listeners back to November 15, 2006, when he was called to a home in Watson, Louisiana, while working as a detective with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. What he found inside would become one of the most haunting crime scenes of his career. As he describes the layout of the house, the overwhelming amount of blood, and the first steps of the investigation, it becomes clear this case is unlike anything most listeners have ever heard.

This episode also includes Woody’s original updates from that time period, including mentions of ongoing justice efforts and announcements that were part of the original release. Because this is a re-release, those references remain as part of the raw episode audio.

    Listener discretion is strongly advised.

  • True Crime Time For March 28, 2026 | DUI Death, Missing Teen Found & Freezer Murder Case
    Mar 28 2026

What happens when one decision—or one missed opportunity—changes everything?

In this episode of True Crime Time, Cyndi covers the tragic death of a 96-year-old man killed by a wrong-way driver in Florida, just hours after the driver had been stopped and released by law enforcement. The case raises serious questions about judgment, accountability, and how preventable tragedies can unfold.

We also dive into a powerful success story where a missing Ohio teenager was safely recovered in Florida after a multi-state investigation involving the FBI and local law enforcement. At the same time, another case out of Texas highlights system failures, where a repeat offender was released multiple times before committing a deadly shooting.

Other cases include a devastating road rage incident that killed an 11-year-old child, a gruesome Louisiana murder where a woman’s dismembered remains were found in a freezer, and violent crimes involving teenagers that continue to show the dangers of escalation and poor decision-making.

From cold realities to moments of relief, this episode underscores the importance of awareness, intervention, and justice for victims and their families.

  • True Crime Time For March 27, 2026 | Cold Case Break, Hatchet Murder & Child Abuse Horror Cases
    Mar 27 2026

What does it take to solve a cold case after 30+ years? In today’s episode of True Crime Time, Cyndi shares the latest breakthrough in the 1990 Lovers Lane murders in Houston, where a suspect has finally been arrested decades after the brutal killing of a young couple.

This episode also explores multiple disturbing cases across the country, including a targeted hatchet murder in a wealthy California neighborhood, a tragic negligent homicide case in Arizona involving strangulation, and a devastating child abuse case where a toddler’s death has yet to result in charges despite clear evidence.

Additional stories include a romance fraud scheme that manipulated victims out of thousands, a family-related stabbing tied to a custody dispute, and a cold case murder where a husband has now been charged nearly 20 years later. Cyndi also highlights systemic failures in child protection cases and the importance of speaking up before it’s too late.

As always, this episode emphasizes awareness, accountability, and the pursuit of justice for victims and their families.
