She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, and a Masters in Science in Communication from Northwestern University.

Additionally, today's episode was more on the somber side and we decided not to include our normal intro and outro music, so as to fully respect the long legacy of RBG. We all deeply miss her and pass on our condolences to her family. 

    Sara Mei is a Junior at Lexington High School and has been the Student Representative for the Lexington School Committee for the past year and a half.     Dr. Julie Hackett is the current superintendent of the Lexington, MA Public Schools. Her career begun in Maine, where she worked her way up from a High School English teacher to a middle school principalship and into the central administration department. In 2007, she and her family moved to Massachusetts, where she ultimately became the superintendent of Taunton, MA Public Schools for the 10 years before her current position as superintendent of the Lexington Public Schools. Follow her @lexingtonsuper on twitter for updates on returning back-to-school this year.
