New bills to stop deadly drivers in CA were introduced by state lawmakers

In the past decade, California has seen a more than 50% spike in DUI-related deaths, more than twice the national rate. Now a group of state lawmakers has introduced 10 bills to stop deadly drivers and for more, KCBS News Anchor Steve Scott spoke with Patricia Rillera, California State Executive Director of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
