भारत ने सबसे नई पनडुब्बी को ऑस्ट्रेलिया भेजा है....इस नई सबमरीन का नाम है INS वागीर...ये स्वदेशी पनडुब्बी है और पहली बार भारत ने किसी पनडुब्बी की इतनी दूर रणनीतिक तैनाती की है....पहली बार भारत की पनडुब्बी 7000 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय करके किसी दूसरे देश के बंदरगाह पर पहुंची है...

INS वागीर पनडुब्बी कलवरी क्लास की सबसे नई सबमरीन है....इसे जनवरी 2023 में ही भारतीय नौसेना में कमीशन किया गया है...कलवरी क्लास की सबमरीन को भारत फ्रांस के साथ मिलकर बना रहा है...INS वागीर की खासियत बात करें तो ये स्कॉर्पीन क्लास की डीजल-इलेक्ट्रिक अटैक सबमरीन है...इसका डिसप्लेसमेंट करीब 1700 टन और लंबाई 67.5 मीटर है...INS वागीर पानी के अंदर 37 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चलती है...औऱ इसकी ऑपरेशनल रेंज 12 हजार किलोमीटर तक है...इसमें हर वक्त 40 से ज्यादा नौसैनिक तैनात रह सकते हैं...और सबसे बडी बात कि ये लगातार 50 दिनों तक पानी के अंदर रह सकती है....समंदर में 350 मीटर की गहराई तक जाने में सक्षम है....ताकि दुश्मन की पकड़ में नहीं आ सके.... भारत ने इस सबमरीन को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वॉरफेयर और डिकॉय सिस्टम से लैस किया है....एंटी-टॉरपीडो सिस्टम से ये लैस है...साथ ही इस पर टॉरपीडो ट्यूब और एंटी-शिप मिसाइलें भी फिट हैं...भारतीय नौसेना अब अपनी सबमरीन ताकत से दुनिया के किसी भी कोने में किसी भी मिशन को करने में सक्षम है...भारतीय नौसेना की ताकत कई गुना बढ गई है...
