I've been following HG for a couple of years now. I've purchased close to 10 of his books and read every article he has on his website. He's fascinating, if not aggravating. I give him 4 stars because even though he has valuable knowledge about narcissists and the damage they cause others, his delivery is just too cold and uncaring.

Smashing performance by HG once again...

This show has helped me to validate my experiences and feelings as well as being me a sense of closure in understanding that what’s happened to and continues happening to me is never understandable or justifiable. This show is the one and only place I feel others actually understand what I’ve experienced and can verbalize, identify, label and name those experiences. This is the single most important initiator and facilitator of my healing journey. I give this show 10 stars out of 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone who has a narc in their life or the life of a loved one!
