  • Episode 62 - Member Spotlight with Ketan Vara
    Mar 10 2026

This month, we are giving one of our very own members the microphone. Ketan is a proud MA member, a Myotherapist and owner of Vitality Health and Performance, whose path into myotherapy was shaped by more than 15 years in mechanical and automotive engineering — and a deep respect for structured problem-solving and precision.

Originally from Coventry in the UK and now based in Melbourne, Ketan brings a systems-based lens to clinical practice. His work is grounded in biomechanics, movement analysis, and functional assessment, with a strong focus on clear reasoning and detail-driven treatment planning. He is particularly known for working through complex presentations with a practical and structured approach, helping clients optimise both body and mind for performance and longevity.

Ketan values clinical clarity, thoughtful assessment, and applying frameworks that translate directly into real-world outcomes — principles that continue to shape how he evolves as a practitioner.

We’re proud to spotlight Ketan and his contribution to high-quality, reasoning-led myotherapy practice.
