A primer designed especially for those who are easily scared with regards their third eye experiences, or want longer explanations to how extra-sensory senses work. For folks who have sudden access/energies to sounds, sights, feelings while also going through enormous in-real-life transformations, decoding and managing messages can feel daunting. In this primer we go through techniques and specific cases to be able to work with your senses in a more manageable way. This ep is in collaboration with @noreen who reminded me quite efficiently how daunting it is to be new to all of this.

On a personal note, I also feel strongly about younger folks who feel ostracized and tortured about the things they see/hear. If you know anyone like this, I hope this episode can be conveniently forwarded to them as this was recorded specifically for their experience.

Power places is common technique across many indigenous cultures, speaking the psychological truth of how spirit roots us into places and structures that support our being. Following up our centennial cast with a special guest Eiren of @thetempleofmirrors, where we talk about the specific magick of mirrors and the crossroads. Many might feel like the terms “shadow work” “mirrorwork” and “listening to our inner truth” are overplayed statements, but there is power in simple and lived examples. Hello so this is the last podcast before the start of the Lunar New Year, and just like we needed here are: Roots. This is a very potent, read out loud instructionals to a simple game about drawing and re-telling the tales of your family tree. For lyrical, soul-level-mytho-poetic games, I really think there’s a magick of being read aloud to, like having a grandma or someone simply older than you telling you a good old story. I hope that even if you don’t come to play this game, that the reading of it feels comforting like a grassy forrest you wander around until you find bravery to pick up your own voice or pen.

We’re continuing where we left off from the last podcast and having a straight read through of the RPG Tower of Heaven, a circa 2020 game about an ex-angel breaking into heaven about an ex-love. If you’ve ever loved supernatural stories that are cozy and at the same time heart wrenching, then this game and it’s prompts will be perfect for you! Sometimes we do need the realms of story and fictions to expound on what we feel, through borrow paints, and timelines expanded.

This is direct read of the instructions of the game and i do read all 78 rooms of tower of heaven, each one a reinterpreted scape of the classical tarot deck. Feel free to pause at any parts/rooms that you like or even randomly shuffle through the audio. I hope you enjoy the Worlds I built back in 2020 as much as I do.

A new format for the new year! In this episode Maria plays through an old RPG game they wrote in 2020 about an ex-angel breaking into heaven about an ex-love. A story of liminality and symbol, we explore the space of Stories (a general one or a particular one) and how it can activate the untouched rooms of our psyche.
