  • Ep 111 Why Am I An Overthinker?
    Apr 11 2026

This is the final episode of Season 9 and we saved this conversation for last because it speaks to one of the most common battlegrounds in the mind: overthinking.

In the Season 9 finale of the Healing for My Soul Podcast, Ariel Fuller, sits down with Patricia and Shelevia for a real conversation about what overthinking actually is, why so many women adopt it as an identity, and how it quietly shows up in parenting, work, relationships, and decision making.

This episode breaks down the difference between overthinking and overanalyzing, and why both can become a form of control when you don’t feel confident enough to trust yourself.

If you’ve been living in your head, replaying decisions, delaying moves, or struggling to trust yourself, this episode is your reminder that you don’t have to do it alone.

Comment “I believe” if you’ve struggled with overthinking and you’re ready to break the cycle.

  • Ep 110 Our Pain Masked in Religion
    Apr 4 2026

In Episode 11 of the Healing for My Soul Podcast, Dr. Dunamis Dee sits down with Angenita Watson and Ramona Elder for a real conversation about how religiosity and religious culture can hold your mind hostage. This episode goes straight to the part many people avoid: the mask we learn to wear to look “saved,” “right,” and “in order,” while hiding pain, shame, insecurity, and a life that doesn’t match in private.

This episode challenges the idea that holiness is performance. It addresses how titles can inflate pride while pain stays untreated, how control and manipulation can masquerade as “order,” and why freedom is not just something you say — it’s something people should be able to see on your life.

Comment “I want to be free” if you’re ready to stop performing and start healing.

  • Ep 109 How to Defeat Procrastination
    Mar 28 2026

In Episode 10 of the Healing for My Soul Podcast, Dr. Dunamis Dee sits down with Patricia Williams and Tamara Jackson to go deeper than the surface definition of procrastination and get to the real root. This conversation exposes how procrastination often hides behind perfectionism, fear of what people think, pride, people pleasing, and the pressure to keep up an image.

This episode also speaks to the part nobody likes to admit: procrastination doesn’t just delay tasks. It delays healing. And when healing is delayed, your life starts getting built around avoidance instead of alignment.

Comment your biggest takeaway and be honest: what have you been delaying that you know you’re called to finish?

I loved how you broke down the religious views of people vs complete healing. I’m in a relationship with a great man who was hurt by the church ; He dealt with his divorce. I met him 5 years after his divorce. Now the ex is a pastor and she is all about religion. She has a podcast and wants him to talk to the public about the divorce. but they never talked about it privately. He’s working on himself and is a different man. She is about image and will regret his comments if he did the podcast, He respects her as a pastor but she is all about religion. He is not anymore. She is living in her shit… this podcast helped me as his best friend to understand how religious folks operate. She took a selfie of him and her for Thanksgiving because they spent it with the family and grandkids. Then posted it for her church folks to see… had them wondering are they getting back together…
He has no desire to do that. But the podcast was on point. It’s teaching me to deal with my shit.. Thank you!
