  • How to Trust Yourself After Infidelity [Encore]
    Mar 27 2026

What if the discomfort you feel isn't confusion… but clarity trying to break through?

In this encore episode, I walk you through one of the most powerful shifts in healing from infidelity: learning how to recognize truth. I share a personal analogy that completely changed how I see betrayal, trust, and decision-making — the idea of your life as a puzzle that gets blown apart, and the process of deciding which pieces actually belong as you rebuild.

I open up about my own experience of trying to force things to fit, ignoring what I knew deep down, and what finally changed when I chose to trust myself instead. This conversation is about learning to listen — not just to words, but to your body, your intuition, and your inner knowing.

If you've ever questioned yourself, minimized what felt off, or wondered whether to stay or go, this episode will help you reconnect to your truth.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • Why forcing "pieces" to fit keeps you stuck
    • How your body reveals truth before your mind accepts it
    • The difference between discomfort and misalignment
    • Why honoring truth leads to real peace and clarity

If this resonates with you and you're ready for support in sorting through your own puzzle, I invite you to reach out. You don't have to do this alone.

  • Why Time Alone Won't Heal Infidelity Pain [Encore]
    Mar 20 2026

Healing from infidelity isn't about waiting for time to pass — it's about what we choose to do with that time. In this encore episode, I walk through what I've seen truly create healing, both in my own life and in the lives of the women I work with.

I invite you to look inward as you listen. Where are you in your healing process? What might you be avoiding? What could you lean into just a little more?

We talk about the real work of healing — allowing emotions instead of suppressing them, creating a new identity after betrayal, and building the discipline to stop harmful thought patterns. I also share why patience matters more than perfection and why courage is the foundation of it all.

Healing is available to you, no matter where you are right now. And it doesn't require you to be perfect — it just requires you to be willing.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • Time alone doesn't heal — your actions and thoughts do
    • Allowing your emotions is essential for processing trauma
    • You have the power to create a new identity and story
    • Discipline helps break cycles of painful thinking
    • Courage is required to truly heal and move forward

If this resonates, I invite you to reach out and take the next step in your healing.

  • Sustainable Healing: The Path Beyond Infidelity [Encore]
    Mar 13 2026

In this encore episode, I talk about a concept that can completely change the way you approach healing after infidelity: sustainability.

Many of us try to push through the pain, distract ourselves, or convince ourselves that we should already be "over it." But healing doesn't work that way. When we ignore our emotions, silence our questions, or avoid difficult conversations, we often create patterns that simply aren't sustainable in the long run.

In this conversation, I invite you to take a deeper look at how you are currently navigating life after betrayal. Are the things you're doing now actually helping you heal, or are they just helping you survive today?

I share examples of what unsustainable healing can look like—stuffing emotions, avoiding conversations, or white-knuckling your way through recovery—and I offer a different path forward: slow, intentional, honest healing that creates lasting change.

When we choose courage over avoidance, we create the possibility for deeper intimacy, stronger self-trust, and a future that truly feels aligned with who we are becoming.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • Healing after infidelity must be sustainable, not just temporary relief
    • Avoiding emotions or conversations often prolongs pain
    • Honest communication builds deeper intimacy in relationships
    • Sustainable healing requires courage, self-responsibility, and patience

If this episode resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out, learn more, and take the next step in your healing journey.

This has been a godsend for in-between days of my individual and couples counseling . I found out by a CD brought to me by Speede Delivery Dec 27, 2022, my husband was cheating. My legs were numb, and I wanted to vomit as I viewed the disc. i was shaking so hard. I never thought this would happen to me/us
I listen to these podcasts in no certain order. I listen to the one my heart needs at that moment. someday, I feel resilient and the next a failure and feel like I can't go on. I'm so tired of this pain. Andrea's podcasts lift me up and give me hope that I will make it through this dark night of my soul.
Thank you so much Andrea. You are a light of hope for me in this time of darkness.
