You quickly learn that Ollie has a lovely energy and a great way of vocalising his stories and learnings from his life. Sophie's work began as an interviewer in the music industry where she'd pair up her love for music and curiosity, something which now takes form in her podcast that she co-hosts in PLAY PAUSE REPEAT.

I love not only Sophie's energy and who she is as a person; she's also someone who I greatly appreciate hearing from with the conversation around mental health and well-being. Hey everyone!

Today's guest is a returning guest and someone I always love spending time with in The Body Coach, Joe Wicks!

Since our first time talking on Guards of Eden, Joe's been very busy with many things, including his P.E with Joe initiative where he accrued over 100 millions views on YouTube from his morning workouts for families during the 2020 lockdowns in the UK. As well as P.E with Joe, Joe's been recording a documentary with the BBC called "Joe Wicks: Facing My Childhood" where Joe speaks on his childhood and the mental health battles his parents had.
