I love the scientific facts and this is exactly what I needed for months!! It immediately helped me. She’s so good at describing things in a way anyone can understand.

the problem is the alarm... that's steps 1.
alarms interupt your sleep.
so you're sleep deprived.
your alarm goes off *during* sleep cycles. not perfectly at the end of one every time.
sleep is vital. so to cut sleep short with an alarm... idk guyyssss!
if we are talking about the best way to live - Get your 9-10 hours! that's what is healthy, rejuvenating, and the way to wake up genuinely refreshed and ready to be productive. that is the root problem to solve. that is the root issue people need advice for!


I do like the advice to:
1 - do 2 minutes of exercise first thing in the morning. that's it. 2 mins of jumping jacks for example.
2 - inch towards your most important goal, not the most urgent but the most important, with 20 minutes towards it every *morning* before any other work. micro goals.
