Eng, CEnvP) is the Founder, Director and Principal Environmental Engineer at Woodland Environmental which she established in 2014 after a decade long consulting career across local and state government and private industry. Alysha is passionate about collaboration and empowering clients to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while achieving practical and positive environmental outcomes for their projects from planning to post-construction. Alysha specialises in environmental training, assessments, approvals, management plans and construction auditing.

    Sascha Kurz (EngExec FIEAust CPEng NER APEC Eng IntPE RPEQ GAICD) is a project management and engineering leader with more than 25 years’ experience delivering complex national and international projects. Recognised as Queensland’s Professional Engineer of the Year for 2024, she is a Fellow and Chartered Professional Engineer with Engineers Australia, a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, and the first female Chair of Engineers Australia’s College of Leadership and Management (QLD).

    What sets Sascha apart isn’t just the depth of her technical credentials, it’s the way she leads. She combines strategic clarity, high standards and genuine care for people, creating an environment where teams do their best work. Across more than $1B in delivered projects for both construction partners and government clients, she’s built a reputation for being steady, practical, values-driven and deeply invested in outcomes that stand up to scrutiny.

    Today Sascha leads IPS (Infrastructure Project Solutions), the consulting firm she founded with a clear vision: to raise the bar for engineering and project delivery in the infrastructure sector.     Keiron is a proud Mithaka and Dieri Karna man who has worked with many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Queensland over the past decade, implementing and managing the statewide preventative health strategy known as Deadly Choices. Keiron has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Queensland. He has dedicated time to volunteering on community and non-profit boards and mentoring young Indigenous individuals. His experiences have equipped him with essential leadership qualities and skills in governance, finance, and strategy. Keiron continues to apply these skills in his current roles at Young Guns Crew, the charity Orange Sky and his start up construction business, where he provides cultural leadership and contributes to meaningful community initiatives.

    Keiron’s most recent investment is in the construction industry with the success of his business, Mara Multi-Build Solutions.

    Keiron Lander’s story is a testament to resilience, leadership, and passion for community. From his early days in Quilpie to his pivotal role as Chairperson of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service Brisbane, Keiron’s journey showcases a life devoted to empowering others.
